A small pastry stand with classic Naples deserts and baked goods. Visited on holiday evening and the line was long but moving. Prices are very reasonable, pastries are fresh and delicious. They will pack to go too. Take cash or credit card.

Mary’s Sfogliatella is a small gem right at the entrance to Galleria Umberto I. Don’t be put off by the occasional line—it moves quickly, and the reward is absolutely worth it. This place serves what might be the best sfogliatella in Naples.
Mine was fresh out of the oven, perfectly crisp, and filled with deliciousness. At just €2, it’s a steal. The ladies behind the counter were fast, efficient, and genuinely friendly.

The best sfogliatella! Sfogliatella Santa Rosa, from which the current sfogliatella was born, was created in the monastery of Santa Rosa in Conca dei Marini, Campania, in the 17th century. Pasquale Pintauro, a pastry chef from Naples, acquired the original recipe and began selling the pastries in his shop in 1818.

We had sfogliatella at two places and we like here better. There’s a long line but it moves fast. I was expecting the pastry like a filled croissant but the outside are way more crunchy. It’s not too sweet so I like it.

The sfogliatella here is absolutely amazing! Served hot and fresh, the pastry is perfectly crispy on the outside with a warm, rich filling inside. The layers are delicate, and the flavor is just heavenly. If you’re a fan of traditional Neapolitan sweets, this is a must-try. It’s one of the best I’ve had, and getting it piping hot makes it even better!

It is in an amazing place! You can get there easily in Naples! Food is INCREDIBLE!! Prices are okay, people are so friendly! I will definitely miss this place and if I come back to Naples I will go again !! Congrats!

Very delicious sfogliatas. After having one at Scaturchio this am, I walked by la Sfogliata de Mary and I’m glad I walked by it. Amazing Sfogliata riccia, perfect crispy puff and the cream is perfect. Decided to try also for the first time a Sfogliata frolla, very nice indeed but tasting the riccia in Naples is for me the best pastry to have. 2 euros for each Go to Mary you won’t be disappointed
Excellent Sfoglietella - fresh, orangey and the best I had in Naples. Cool setting too at the entrance to a beautiful shopping mall. There can be a queue but I got lucky and was served right away. A good pit stop when you are exploring.

My favourite place in town! Sfogliatella Ricci is the perfect dessert you'll have in Napoli. Filled with ricotta and a citrusy center, warmed up just enough to have a flaky shell and soft filling. Definitely do not miss out on this!
Just a great place to pickup a quick sfogliatella and continue to see the Galleria Umberto.

This is a little kiosk near the main shopping area and the prices are very reasonable. The pastry is so crispy and the filling is perfect - not too sweet!
